December 30, 2024. The Government of Canada has announced an extension to the 2024 charitable donation deadline. Donors now have until February 28, 2025, to make donations eligible for a receipt for 2024 income tax purposes.
Update Jan 1, 2025: We appreciate your on-going patience in waiting to receive your bedkit photo(s), as our current backlog to distribute bedkits to children has now been reduced to 1.5 years (down from 2 years) caused by our pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to promise that 100% of your donations will ultimately be delivered as bedkits to the children.
